I have not been happy with Chase over the past few months at all, and especially with my branch in Mendham. I was very happy when I first moved our accounts to Chase when I had a very attentive and solution & customer driven Private Client Rep (Tom). However, since he left it has been difficult to get help when needed, especially during COVID. I was never able to get our new private client rep on the phone and had to call the national number many times until i finally received a call several weeks later. At that point, he was very unhelpful with assisting with my unique needs. All of our other financial institutions continue to be able to service us during COVID since people are working from home. Chase just sent branch people home and are not providing services to their private clients. I continue to be frustrated with Chase and the private client service is horrible in helping me find solutions to issues or needs. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
