One of the best shops you will find for work and kindness. Great people. Ray is a quality gentlemen and his partner up front Tom knows the business. Eileen in the office is super helpful and kind as well. Unfortunately with the deer here, my family has used them many times.

We brought our ‘06 Infiniti to Mendham Auto Body after a rear trunk collision. We purchased the car new & have meticulously maintained it. Mendham , particularly the owner, Ray, came highly recommended. Even though Mendham is a 2 hour drive, it was worth every minute. Ray was as meticulous as our maintenance records. Not only did he do a perfect repair job, he guided us through the insurance nightmare , not our insurance company , as patiently & as calm as anyone could be. Can’t recommend Mendham enough.

We have had some relatively minor work on our cars done several times over the years. They have always done a great job, on schedule, and within estimate. Their pricing has also been very good, so far no nightmares. I feel we can definitely trust them, they are honest and transparent, happily local but even if they were not so close they would continue to be our default choice.

Hit a deer and thought it would cost a fortune. $125. When I waiting was on line an old couple got a $105 bill. Awesome place. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely worst shop ever. Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought car in for simple repair. They lost my keys and took forever to replace. Not surprised as their counter was a mess with forms and keys to cars parked outside for anyone to take. Office doors not locked and nobody in office. Didn’t use in the end. DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!

Horrible communication - avoid if possible. Attempted to bring my car there after an accident because insurance recommended. 3 phone calls and 3 emails later, completely unresponsive. Kept telling me on the phone they'd call me back - never did. I'd advise bringing your car elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional. The work was excellent. I had some crazy lady from Chester sideswipe my car and then flee the scene of the accident, fortunately I saw her license plate and called the police. My insurance company Allstate recommended Mendham Auto Body for the repairs. I was so upset about the damage but they did an amazing job and My Range Rover looks brand new. I highly recommend them!!!

I read the previous review and had the exact OPPOSITE experience. Ray and Eileen were very responsive. The job was NOT done to my expectations the first time through and they never waivered to get my vehicle back in until it met my standards. Both professional and knowledgable, they treated my GT350 with care. The attention to detail for my experience was my primary concern. Ray Tringali never failed, he met all my expectations. They got the job done right. BTW, I went there on a friends recommendation. Obviously they did a great job for him as well. I recommend them highly. Can you see where they repaired? I can't!

Completely unresponsive. Went here upon a recommendation. Owner inspected my damage and provided an estimate w/in 30 minutes. So good so far. I immediately accepted and asked when it could be done. "I can have the parts here in 1-2 days we should be able to do it this week." The week went by w/o any call. By Wednesday of the following week, I called. The lady that answered the phone talked to the owner and said they would "get it in next week." Waited to hear, but the entire week went by w/o a return. Called again the middle of the following week was told "the owner will call you" Weeks later, still no response.
