This is hands down the most dishonest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. We brought our car in for an issue that I had already clearly explained, yet they still charged us nearly $100 just to “diagnose” the exact problem I told them about.
What’s worse is that they never disclosed upfront that there would be a diagnostic fee, especially for something so simple. That lack of transparency is unacceptable.
When I questioned the charge, the young woman at the front desk actually had the nerve to say, “We don’t work for free.” I made it very clear to her that this fee was never disclosed beforehand, and I also let her know directly that we will never use their services again.
To top it all off, they charge $200 per hour for repairs. Let that sink in.
This place operates with zero transparency and plenty of attitude. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others stay away unless you enjoy surprise charges and condescension.

Justine and the mechanics provide great service and an excellent price! Had 4 tires installed, and oil change. They checked alignment, brakes, battery at no cost.

I stopped in with a tire in need of repair. I had bought the tires from the previous owner Moro and this was my first time into Maplecrest. They quickly and expertly repaired the tire and didn’t charge me! Excellent customer service! I will be a customer from now on! Thank you!

Just had my Mercedes Wagon in for a new belt replacement along with regular maintenance. The service experience was fantastic and professional. Car was delivered clean and all work was done flawlessly. This crew is elite. From the service advisors to the technicians.The facility is clean and welcoming. Good service all around. You will have all my business in the future. Prices were very reasonable and straightforward. Good work guys.

I’ve brought my car to Maplecrest twice to have maintenance work done. Pat in the front office is incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the mechanics in the shop do excellent work. I will be using them exclusively in the future.

Was driving through town about two weeks ago when the back two windows on my Jeep stopped working. So I pulled into your guys parking lot and walked in where Patrick greeted me and was able to have your team look at my window at get them back up. Your team was great and helpful and explain to me what happened to my windows and got me in and out quickly and kindly, even though it was the end of the day. Highly recommend you guys to my friends in the area.
