This was my first time going to this particular UPS, and from the moment I walked in I saw the difference. I was greeted right away by Jose, who helped me with my return, he was pleasant, did not rush me as I have been at other UPS stores, he was professional and friendly. This will definitely be my to go UPS going forward.
