Most America inconvenient bank, The Staff very unhappy, looking for minimum reason to decline your request, and on the top of that the attitude . Went there over 2 weeks ago to change my business name then the lady who helped me didn’t do her job right , Simply went this morning to see why the name hasn’t changed yet( After she promised last week she will call me to tell me about the delay) , Couldn't get an answer . Her unhappy coworkers couldn’t find the paper work as well . Ready to move to another bank as you can’t respect and appreciate doing business with 1M+ revenue small business .

The logo needs to be updated to: America’s Most Inconvenient Bank - across the board! The 800 number has an extremely long hold time - no other options like an offer to call you back. And the “virtual assistant” is a complete waste of time.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Farida , a bank employee. I found her to be quite rude and unprofessional during our interaction. She seem to lack the necessary knowledge and skills required for her role, which made the conversation frustrating. The experience has significantly lowered my opinion of the bank’s service quality, and I am considering switching to another bank .

They have nerve to be called America's most convenient bank. This place is the worst. One teller working on the regular. A line always. They're all like this in the area tbh. Absolutely frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The new manager (at the Quakerbridge location) they have is absolutely ridiculous and rude. This is the second time I felt this bank is targeting me since he has taken over, I’ve been banking with them for over 5 years. I closed out my account because obviously I was no longer a welcomed customer. Customer service is obviously not a priority to TD bank.

Broken ATM, one teller. Left after 6 minutes in line with someone in front of me. Broken ATM on Kuser Road as well. Everytime stuff like this happens, the wait to make a deposit in branch is sometimes close to 30 minutes (with like 2 people in line) or even more.

Came to this branch to make a deposit. They had one teller and it took over 20 minutes to do that. No one stepped up to assist even though a woman came from the back to assist the only teller. She looked at the line, turned around, and went back to wherever she came from. If I had ever thought to become a customer today showed me that I need to stay right where I’m at. Horrible customer service.

Waiting here in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes with some idiot that didn’t go in the bank. Why are they allowing this? This is the worst bank ever!

Absolute worse service ever for a longtime customer; refused to open a new business account after a twenty year plus account that was subject to fraud had to be closed despite providing them the documentation they requested.
