Was in this branch this morning-they put my name in the cue for someone to help me with my accounts-As I sat there patiently waiting for 20 mins -as only one person was working-the manager (did not get her name)came flying thru from the back with her laptop in hand -totally ignored me sitting there and slammed her door. Another customer came in and also sat down to wait. Katrina then came out as she was done with her previous customer and advised since I did not have appointment that she was taking the women whom she knew that came after me FIRST!!! I then went back to the teller to advise I was unaware that you need to make an appointment and she said that was not true. I advised the teller well that is what your coworker Katrina just advised!!! Of course at that point I left!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MERCHANTVILLE-your branch is the absolute WORST -should be able to give you a ZERO STAR!!!!

I've had a pleasant experience here with the staff in the past year when I've come in to open new accounts for my children, and to make cash deposits.

Just went through the drive-through at the PNC Bank and Merchantville NJ every time I come here they have different rules now they need two forms. Of identification when I take money out of my bank account, but the last two times I came. I only need my drivers license if you’re gonna have rules, they should all follow them. It shouldn’t be different. Every time I come through your drive-through. Also one time when using the ATM machine I did not get all the money back that i requested. It should not be a hassle to be able to get my own money

Every time I come in here I have to wait about 20 min before I’m seen by a teller. The employees are nice. Just not enough of them.

Had a really pleasant experience with Allison, came in and was greeted right away. Told her we needed to close an account and was seated immediately. She didn't pressure me or hold me hostage trying to sell me anything.The facilities here are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Worth the couple extra minutes drive.

Losing a love one is a difficult time for anyone. Add fighting in court to have your loved ones wishing respected to that and it becomes beyond difficult. It has been a rough few years. What has helped me make it through is the compassion and patience Katrina, who works at the Merchantville branch, has for her customers at the bank. Not only is she professional, pleasant and caring but she is also comforting. I don't normally do reviews but this needed to be said. Katrina has been absolutely amazing through a tough time. I'm grateful she is there.

Garbage bank. Can’t DEPOSIT money into someone’s account without account number. Even if you have EVERY other piece of information. That’s pathetic. Go to any other bank, if you have info they won’t let you take money out, but deposit money in? Shouldn’t be an issue. Also it wasn’t just a worker that couldn’t do this. Management was also unable. If you can’t trust your workers to handle a 80 task, then why trust them with money at all. Terrible location of PNC and a stain on the name of the bank. Glad I go to a bank for adults.

Stopped in last week discuss a few things regarding my accounts. I was able to get all the information I needed quickly and the people I interacted with were extremely polite and thorough.
