I would never use them again i have them recorded doing nothing on there phones and pictures of them not moving anything for 2 hours and over charged me for it and customer service is horrible a man keeps just yelling at me when I should be the one upset the nerve they charged me 925$ they also stole alot of my items broke my 75 inch tv as well nothing was professionally done. My sneakers in pic is missing as well as others and my Tommy Hilfiger coat and my hair movie projector.

I used Superior for their moving crate and cart rental only. I ordered crates for mid June delivery and had a move that was endlessly delayed with them finally picking up second week in September. Extending my crate delivery was easy. On one delay I even needed to add extra crates as carts and a special delivery for the additional was a breeze. All drivers I encountered were kind and professional. Interior or crate arrived clean and sanitized. I would use them again if the need arises.

Their service was terrible. The crew was very rude. They had no respect for our belongings. They broke a lot of our stuff and don't have the common decency to reimburse us for what they owe us. They were late on one day and didn't even show up on another. As for charging for us to have the job done, they quoted me with one price, but then a few days later, they doubled the price. I did not think that they should have gotten what they did. Plus they damaged my husband's tool chest and blew up the engine on his riding lawnmower. And destroyed his dragon statue collection he's been saving since he was a young boy. They also damaged a special pasta bowl that one aunt of mine brought me from Italy and a crystal punch bowl brought from Portugal. I can never replace them. Furthermore, I was not the person who hired them in the first place. My mother's attorney was the one who hired them. I don't know where he found them, but they did a lousy job. I intend on taking them to court as soon as I can find a great lawyer.

Horrible experience. They showed up hours late (no call, no apology), reeking, took
a 3 hour lunch (which no one told us they were doing). Scratched our walls, floors, and furniture. Lost property and refused to replace/ reimburse it. Plus the truck they used was half filled with junk on arrival. Don’t buy into the sweet talking, the movers suck.

Was told my appointment was from 9-11 AM. They showed up at 11:30 AM and finished 1:40PM. They charged me for 4 hours when it should have just been 3 hours.
They get a star for showing up and another one as the actual movers did a great job moving the furniture. They need some work as their scheduling is not accurate and their pricing is suspicious. You can definitely get a better experience going with another company.

Superior Moving Service is exactly what the name implies! we had a difficult situation to deal with and the three gentlemen that assisted us today provided Superior service from start to finish! The price was very reasonable and they were fast, efficient, and effective!
Definitely recommend this company for an A+ experience start to finish!
