I switched from Verizon to first net and was promised a lower bill of approx 40-50 dollars a month, which was reasonable. Come to find out my bill only went from 50 to 60 to 70 to 87 dollars a month, more than what I paid at Verizon. When they itemize your bill it only gets more confusing. The reps from att were hit or miss, some offered help and most couldn't even tell me what my bill would end up being monthly. The owner of this att, *Mina mislead me and every time i asked for help about the bill he'd only reassure me in a brief 2 min interaction that it would get lower but it never did, it's been over a year now. All those phone calls to att and all that driving just to find out if a deal is too good it's not real. No such thing as a good deal.

If you want the false sense of peace before being hit with a massive wave of problems followed by an insane migraine (because you were misled and lied to in store), lose countless hours on the phone with AT&T customer support, an extra, unused, unwanted line that hikes your bill $40, get cheated out of your $800 trade-in and also get charged over $900 for a financed phone, come here.Everything was great until the headache started barely a week after opening my new account here and getting a new phone (April2022-Present). Prior to coming to the store, I attempted to order and set up a plan for myself online but due to some issues with porting over my phone number, I was unable to and customer service directed me to go to a store and the store and they would have no problem doing this process for me. I was extremely explicit to the associate that helped me that I wanted to keep my original phone number and simply wanted to port it over and open a new account, get a new financed phone on a single line plan. I was given a temporary number and told that I would automatically have my ported number replace the temporary number in 24-48 hours. That didn’t happen. I even reached out to the store a couple days after, to get in contact with the manager since I was told he could fix this but that led to nowhere because he would never call back or return calls. I spent at least a week calling but I would get told that he was away atm but they’d let him know I called. I even went as far as to give him my previous carrier account info and my AT&T info in hopes of a solution but I was ghosted instead.To keep it short, I opened my account here in April of this year and I am still dealing with the problems this place has caused. I had to pay another $30 activation fee to ACTUALLY get my phone number ported and service applied on it. I am forced to pay an additional $40 per month due to the temporary line mess, my trade-in credit of $800 has yet to be applied to my account/intended (ported) line because of the mess with the temporary line in which I’m still actively communicating with AT&T support and various departments. And last but not least, was just recently charged OVER $900 for my FINANCED PHONE because of THE TEMPORARY LINE fiasco.Once more, still dealing with this problem today. RIP to the countless hours I’ve had to be on the phone trying to resolve this mess.

No doubt that this is the best AT&T store in the area. Visiting the store has been the best experience I have ever had with any of the AT&T or TMobile stores in new jersey. Staff is great, very helpful and very professional yet very friendly ? ?Mina always goes an extra mile to help the customers. Everyone has been very supportive and helpful.

Mina helped me with my voicemail issue, today, at the AT&T Metuchen location. He took every possible opportunity to go above and beyond. I would definitely visit this AT&T store again because of the service that Mina provided. Thank you!

How my day started I received 2 phones in the mail from AT&T via their customer service line. Well they were the wrong phones.Didn’t want to wait for the correct ones again in the mail. Called around multiple AT&T stores either they didn’t have what needed and/or they didn’t want to process my exchange/return . Finally I reached the Metuchen AT&T store explained to the gentleman who answered the phone my situation. Next he made a statement to me to which I did not agree with but he said that we could take care of when I reached the store, I was oh okay. We hung up. About 10 minutes he calls back to let me know that what he said did not pertain to me and that he would be more than happy to help me out.30 minutes later I was at the store 30 minutes later I was finished with what needed to do and was beyond pleased and impressed with how he went beyond and more to make sure that I was happy.Nicole W.

I went to the store on two different days. The first day the regular manager was not there and his substitute was not very knowledgeable. She didn't know the merchandise well, she didn't know the pricing, and when she showed me the phone I ultimately purchased the final price turned out to be $60 more because she neglected to tell me that I would only get that price if I purchased it using the installment plan. She also did not set up the phone as I requested. I would rate her two stars. I went back the next day and the regular manager was there. He fixed everything but did not offer any remedy for the fact that I paid $60 more than I should have so he gets four stars instead of five.

So I walked into the store and was greeted immediately. This store is different from the rest. The other one I went to at the mall were so rude, but the guy working knew what he was doing and did everything to help. I appreciate all the help.

Jocelyn was just amazing! Came here after going to the AT&T in South Plainfield, ( because the sales rep was coughing and extremely sick.. don’t go there!!) she saved me from identify theft and got me upgraded with my new phone. PAINLESS! Extremely amazing asset to the company, MY NEW HOME AT&T. Don’t go anywhere else! Thank you Ms.Jocelyn!
