Sales staff was very helpful. I love the shades. Installation was very professional. Only issue was in the selection. Discontinued, no matching hardware, etc. However, the staff guided me to a choice I am extremely happy with.

Very friendly staff. They are very helpful and customer focus. For example we purchased a WiFi control blind and the installer forgot about the electronic device. When we discover a few weeks later, they offer to contact the installer and provided us a new device.
