They searched n couldn't get in the shop and wouldn't be available till next week. Took out from a new machine just to help us as we were flying back urgently. Great customer service with high quality products...!Bought many other appliances from them, never disappointed.”

“Just left Ifixandrepair at Brunswick square. I was so impressed. My phone just died. He's said he would get a new battery. He gave me a loaner phone. It wasn't the battery but when he opened the phone and closed it again. It turned back on. He told me what happened and gave me the phone. No charge. He is honest, quick and knowledgeable. The phone store where I purchased the phone had no clue what to do. I would highly recommend taking any phone, working not, to him.”
“I have been going ONLY to Metro PCS for about 25 years in East Brunswick NJ; I moved 4 years ago and I STILL ONLY drive 45 to 60 minutes to this store. These people are always nice and know what they are doing.
But now it is EVEN BETTER...... and I didn't think that could ever happen! What that is great is CALVIN.... the Manager. He is the most nice ever, and he absolutely knows more about all of this. “I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”

“Fantastic location. Right in the heart of oak tree road .. so many shops around . This is one stop shop for grinders .. you can buy them new or get serviced from them . They also have other products. Their grinders are good - they have balaji brand and ultra brand . Prices have gone up so much though. About 300$ for a 2 L grinder and they have some discounts on balaji grinders - 249$.. there are other places which sells premium grinders - so pick and choose based on your preference . They give about 2 years warranty on grinders .. Parking is crazy . It's a good sized parking lot but because of so many eateries / apna bazaar etc - the parking becomes crowded ! Service is ok. Overall a good experience”
