I’m so pleased with my purchase of a fire pit. Being able to go into the show room and actual see the quality was so helpful. Great selection of merchandise. Sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful; not pushy trying to sell us something we didn't want. They answered all our questions without rushing us. If they didn't know the answer to a question they went and found out. Also took their time with our order to make sure it was correct.

Went to the Fortunoff Backyard Store in Metuchen today and loved everything in the store but most important the great service provided by the Manager. A+. He helped me pick out things I needed and very patient with all my questions. And, made everything easy and seamless. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for anything for your homes backyard. Just really amazing. Can’t wait to be back for more!

My wife and I picked up a nice new, high quality deck dining set for a good price. The store manager Neil was our salesperson, and he made everything easy and seamless.This is our second time buying an outdoor dining set from this retailer and they're our go-to.

My delivery came on the designated date. The delivery guys were nice. They unpackaged and setup everything in the area that I planned to place the new furniture. And they did so in a short amount of time, which was great!
