I had gotten my car from a different state and needed the front plates to be drilled, when I arrived to this auto shop the mechanic explained that I needed an actual frame from the manufacturer for him to install.I called my warranty company who gladly advised they’ll send the parts to the dealer and in the interim the mechanic was switching my temp plates to the permanent ones. I asked him to kindly call the warranty company to order the parts that he needed to work. He stated that the job was only $30 and that was too low for him to call the company and make a claim (literally takes but 2 min).He charged me $30 just to switch ONLY the back plates (obviously because he needed the front frame to work). I asked him if when I finally received the frame he needed if that price would be included since he had already admitted that the job was $30 and he said no because that would be a separate labor. I can’t believe I was robbed out of $30 for him to do nothing but switch my back plates!!!!Rip off!!!

Very difficult to work with. For bigger jobs, they are cheap. For smaller jobs, he's really expensive.A lot of rules stuff regarding when he'll work on the car. Not everyone is comfortable leaving their car at a small shop, but he does insist on it for bigger jobs which is not great. For a quick and easy job, he's not bad. Can't say I'd recommend him over another bigger company.

Very friendly and helpful with a next day oil change. Quick response by phone. Have used them multiple times for small tire repairs as well.

Have known the owner for at least 20 years. Have done a lot of business with them without ever having a problem.

One of the best small shops I've been to in my 30+ years of driving. Getting an appointment can be a hassle since they are limited to a few spots, but my repairs have always been done on time and for a reasonable price. I've never been back to have a problem re-fixed. Grab some food at Marcos Deli while your car is in for a quick repair or oil change and by the time you are done eating your Super Italian sub, your car will be ready.

He is a thief. I have plenty other complaints during the one visit, but this one summarizes it all. Had asked him to raise the headlamp focus which were too low. He lowered them further. He charged me for the work still and asked me to come back again when he wasn't busy. To this day I have not been able to get his appointment. I drove my car on high beam for a year. At the end got the work done right at another shop, for a lower price.

The mechanics is a honest person and very upfront with customers. He tells me the situation like it is. I have tried many other car shops and they all try to steal money. This guy never over charges and does a perfect job. I have taken 2 of my cars there multiple times and I am very pleased with his attitude, service, and price.
