“Such a slow and bad customer service. Either CSR representatives with negative attitude or no helping attitude specially on Saturday. Either they are tired or not willing to work on weekends. Even after having an online appointment at 11:30am , when I reached there on last Saturday June 4,2022 all 3 CSR officers offices were occupied so waited almost 30-35 minutes before I was attended by a CSR. There was an issue for one charge and she promised me to call me after 2 days after discussing it with her manager. Even after one week no call back or no charge issue is resolved. The service level of Affinity is declining day by day. Even I contacted through Affinity website by email but no one contacted me back.

Adults should know that they can not walk out of their Doctors office, drive straight to the pharmacy, and actually expect their order to be complete. Some medications require preauthorization, insurance approval, and specific instructions. Collete works super quick to get done whatever needs to be done to ensure quick filling. Che and Jessica go above and beyond to make sure my medications are in stock and ready for me. This team gives you all the attention of a small pharmacy while being a national chain. They are the best!”
