On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

“I would like to mention bad story gone bad, and my fault 100%. This is a moving company you want to seek when moving long or short distance. I had some terrific conversations with the owners employees and sales reps. Then, I received a phone call from a gentleman I did not know. Mind you, I always like to deal with one person once we talk. We had a great relationship.
When the gentleman called, I was a little upset when I was told I had to deal with him moving forward. That did not sit so well with me. So I let it be known. Not a very smart decision on my part by any means.
Well me, Mr. Big Mouth, almost blew not only the relationship with the people, company, and whom I found out was the owner, damn!
Anyhow, I had to call them back and sincerely apologize or as my wife would say, swallow my pride or as I would say I stuck my foot in my mouth when it should have kicked my butt.
Anyhow, I told the owner that i was sincerely sorry and apologetic and ai meant it. Lesson learned not to just stick with one person and expect that the business (his group of people) are as “one”.
listen want a great group of guys to move your items who take pride and care about your valuable pieces of furniture and so on?
You HIRE these men, a company that stands behind their name. Now I just have to be careful moving forward not to judge a company based on their job and having the knowledge that you have to deal with their up-line, in this case the owner. If i would have know that before hand, this would be entirely different.
The man was as kool as a cucumber, something and someone I can learn from. If he reads this, again my sincere apologies to him as well as his company! Wishing everyone the best!

Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. “Great company! The guys are helpful and friendly! It's hard to get an 18 wheeler into the back dock in the alley but it can be done! To get the trailer out of the dock, u need to slide tandems all the way back or else the swing of the trailer when pulling out will hit the wall! They usually use front dock on Elizabeth Ave to receive 18 wheelers! Busy area but the guys will hold up traffic if ur delivering freight here! Thanks alot guys! Keep up the good work!”

I waited for him to assist a couple of other clients who were before me. As courtesy for waiting, he applied an additional 25% discount on the rental. Not for nothing, after comparing prices of rentals with other competitors, Penske seemed to be the one who offered a deal. I highly recommend Penske. Jason was attentive and sweet.”

Mac and his team were AMAZING from start to finish. Everyone was professional, hardworking, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. We especially want to give huge shoutouts to Mac, Oscar, and Douglas. Their work ethic, positive attitudes, and commitment to making sure everything went smoothly were exceptional. Even the builders still working in our new office went out of their way to comment on how professional the Liberty team was and how impressed they were that they worked nonstop. That says a lot coming from people who work alongside different crews and vendors all the time!

They quickly figured out another solution and kept everything moving, making situations that could have been stressful feel completely seamless.
Mac is truly exceptional at what he does, and it is clear that his leadership sets the tone for his team. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and genuinely cared about making our move as easy as possible. Moving an office is never easy, but they made it feel that way.

This was the second time I've worked with Gary and his team on a move in the last two years, and once again the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. When I initially reached out for a quote I heard back within 5 minutes, and after discussing the details of my move we came to an agreement on a date, time and price, and all were fair and accommodating. On the day of the move the team showed up at the agreed upon time and took great care in protecting all of my items before loading them onto the truck. Steve led the team of movers, and I was lucky enough to have Steve work both of my moves for me as he is amazing. Steve even took the time to help disassemble some heavy furniture for me before loading it on to the truck at no additional cost, and the team got the job done quickly and completed under the quoted time estimate. I couldn't be happier with the job Big G Movers did, and I will definitely reach out to Gary for a third time for any additional moving services I may need in the future.
