From the very first phone call with Mark and Theresa, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions before booking. On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

Sheryl is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the time that l met her to see different units. She provided information for the different units and expected monthly rate for each unit, moving forward. As a customer, we mostly have two minds and sometimes need additional support. She asked me different questions and I answered....which helped me greatly on choosing the right unit. She was very transparent which is a key. “I would like to mention bad story gone bad, and my fault 100%. This is a moving company you want to seek when moving long or short distance. I had some terrific conversations with the owners employees and sales reps. Then, I received a phone call from a gentleman I did not know. Mind you, I always like to deal with one person once we talk. We had a great relationship.
When the gentleman called, I was a little upset when I was told I had to deal with him moving forward. That did not sit so well with me. So I let it be known. Not a very smart decision on my part by any means.
Well me, Mr. Big Mouth, almost blew not only the relationship with the people, company, and whom I found out was the owner, damn!
Anyhow, I had to call them back and sincerely apologize or as my wife would say, swallow my pride or as I would say I stuck my foot in my mouth when it should have kicked my butt.
Anyhow, I told the owner that i was sincerely sorry and apologetic and ai meant it. Lesson learned not to just stick with one person and expect that the business (his group of people) are as “one”.
listen want a great group of guys to move your items who take pride and care about your valuable pieces of furniture and so on?
You HIRE these men, a company that stands behind their name. Now I just have to be careful moving forward not to judge a company based on their job and having the knowledge that you have to deal with their up-line, in this case the owner. If i would have know that before hand, this would be entirely different.
The man was as kool as a cucumber, something and someone I can learn from. If he reads this, again my sincere apologies to him as well as his company! Wishing everyone the best!

Quick response from owner Jim to my initial inquiry led to next day visit by sales manager Mike. He walked thru entire house took a detailed inventory and worked up an estimate while we sat at my kitchen table. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally and the two day move to PA could not have gone smoother. Courteous professional crews at pick up and drop off. Hats off to UVL.
