“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”
“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”
“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”
“Mubeena is the best of the best. I can't ask for anyone better. She truly cares for every customer that comes in and you could see the passion behind her work. I haven't met anyone in the USPS in a long time that always makes you wanna smile keep coming back. I'm a local colonial resident and said that means putting my mail in the mailbox. I love stopping by and having a conversation with Mubeena. She is kind, caring, passionate, and overall a great employee to the establishment.”
“This post office makes everything easy for me. Every time I go I help by the “ African American Girl “ she is always so helpful . She’s helped me with a few issues I’ve had in the past , she’s very polite and always came through for me ! Thank you !!”

“I've never had a bad experience here. People are super helpful and kind... Which is rare for post offices these days.
I was waiting on line for a little while so I was able to witness other people's interactions also. The employees exhibited patience with people who didn't fill out the necessary forms, offered cost effective options, and took the time to go over any tracking details on the receipts.”
“Paul has made coming to the BH post office stress free and pleasant. For 8 years I would rather drive to Warren or New Providence just to avoid the staff here. But Paul is calm, helpful and really does go above and beyond. Thank you Paul”
“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“I’ve never sent out packages before and recently just started a small business on Depop. The woman working today was so kind and patient with me for delivering packages for the first time on my own. I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”

“I live this USPS office because it has the most friendly staff. It has good parking with a customer parking in back of building, with additional street parking. Also good loaction for access to other retail shopping on park Ave in the Scotch Plains”
“Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”
