I placed a wholesale order with this company back in January, and it’s now May. After nearly 4 months, I’ve lost over $1,000 and received zero sellable products. The entire experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
The shipment took an outrageous 2-3 months to arrive. During that time, trying to get in touch with Rafael, my assigned sales rep, was nearly impossible. Even when I did get a response from him or Hussein, neither of them was helpful or professional. Their communication was slow, vague, and ultimately useless.
All four products I ordered were prepped incorrectly, which caused Amazon to reject them — meaning I couldn’t sell a single item. When I asked Rego for proof of prep or delivery, they couldn’t provide any. No photos, no documentation, nothing. Just excuses and radio silence.
This company is completely unaccommodating and borderline scammy. There’s zero accountability, no customer service, and absolutely no regard for your business or money. If you’re considering working with them — DON’T. You’ll regret it.
