Having never had an experience with storage units, I found the manager, Michele, to be very helpful. Friendly and professional, she answered all of my questions. She took her time to explain everything and made the process easy. The facility was clean and easy to get into. So far, I am very happy with this facility.

Storage Sense in Metuchen has been an ideal facility for my storage needs. The entire place is always kept clean, and Michele Malebranche has gone above and beyond accommodating any inquiries or special needs that have come up over my time there!

Michele was awesome to work with. She was always available for questions. We had to add a 2nd unit from the sale of our home. She worked hard to be able to get a us unit close to our original unit.

I ran into difficulty due to health problems and had trouble paying my storage so they soldmy stuff No compassion after me renting from them for 10 years with no delay in rent on my part. The two storage bins I have left with them things have been destroyed by mice.

Michelle was amazing to work with! I had called prior to coming to the facility. She was so kind and informative; she made me want to come in! Once I was there, she took me on a tour and was extremely patient. I loved my time with her. The facility is also very clean and organized. I am happy I went with Storage Sense in Metuchen.
