We visited last week and Ms. Lilla took care of us so extremely well that we are so pleased.. in the past we kept TD bank as back up but due to Ms. Lilla service we are making TD bank account is Main account.. thank again Ms. Lilla and TD bank staff..

This morning I went to get Chang drive through I gave her $40 dollars 2 twenty dollars bills she gave 20 singles I made mistake I didn’t account that time after 10 minutes I was still in car i account only twenty dollars in invelop I went back to show her she denied she took my twenty dollars

Cashier is too rude in front of cash counter and waiting for banker associate but only 1 person is here for attented the customer and 3 person is waiting ahead of me but no one is coming to ask for help … I can see only 2 employees and I am waiting is more then an 1 hour?

Lastweek ( 05/26 ) I come here for acessing my Locker and I was first in line - had to wait 20 min for associate to come see me. There was big line waiting behind me & only 2 employees working to open Accounts ( same emp had to come in between )See the problem?Seem they don’t enough employees to serve you as they are preoccupied. Do hire more?Bank is going becoming less customer friendly - Hire more will solve some problems.

Slow service , none at drive through. Walked inside, long line, one person at counter and two employees having a leisurely conversation in their office as they watch the line getting even longer with no concern.
