Above all his honesty to recommend replacing the rim instead of charging for a job that may not last, and providing a solution. I’ve called at least 18 shops within central Jersey trying to find someone to fix this rim and no one has the skills or equipment to do it. Crimson is the go to place when you need to mount, balance, or weld your wheel. Highly recommended!!”

“I came into the shop at the recommendation of my high school automotives teacher and let me just say I was very pleased with experience. I’m a newly licensed driver that just purchased my first vehicle and I was admittedly anxious bringing my car in but the customer service was top notch and I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I had a state inspection done and the cost was reasonable and they also let me know that I would need a new tire pressure sensor which I could get installed when I get a new set of tires. It started with Stan who was so helpful with his expertise in helping me choose a color for my tow hooks that matched my brake calipers. “Very sweet people, needed a tire change on my trailer and the mechanic took like only 10 minutes. For the semis, you will need to back in from the street. I would suggest you look at the street view and you gotta back in where there is a big gate. I would suggest you to call them once you arrive here and they can send someone out to stop the traffic and assist you to back in. Easy back, only the traffic is the problem”

Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. “I brought my car here. They got it back to me in exactly 2 weeks. The estimated time was 3 weeks so I was very happy about that. They are extremely responsive on the phone. The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. They even cleaned my engine bay. I would definitely bring my car back here. They worked my insurance no problem the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this body shop.”
