I called to ask about the availability of a wine. A latino lady (didn’t get her name) put me on hold for 5 minutes and then abruptly hung up. Tried calling back twice, no answer Terrible customer service.

Bait and switch. Horrible untrustworthy service. They lied about what was in stock. Told me too late to change order when the night before they said it hadn't shipped. Will never use them again.

I am giving them 0 stars! Their customer service is horrible! I ordered two bottles of the 2020 Rattlesnake Zinfandel. I contacted them first and one of their reps assured me that they had this vintage in stock. Instead I received the 2021 vintage (which is one of the worst 30 plus dollar wines I have tasted). Their policy for sending these wines back and receiving a refund is ridiculous. I have to do everything! Don't buy from them! They will screw you over!!! Ronald L Phillips.

Bought a bottle of prosecco that was molded!!!!!!!! When I tried to come back to return it literally 15 minutes later, the lady who hounded me for my I.D and held it for 2 whole minutes scanning it up and down as if she couldn't read. That same lady was there when I showed her the bottle she said "do you have a receipt" I said "no, I was just here you asked for my id and read it very carefully I'm pretty sure you remember I was just here" simply just wanted to swap the bottle and she wouldn't let it happen. So I paid $18 for a bottle of moldy prosecco. Now, I have to change my usual liquor store up as well seeing as this one does not care how they treat their customers or if they are selling moldy products. Nobody cares anymore these days about their businesses and it shows.

Good service decent prices on the many products that are available. Shipping is a little pricey. Overall it was a good transaction.

I would not recommend Wine Chateau. What I thought would be a good deal became just the opposite. I’ve had two shipments, both with damage through UPS. Somehow it’s my fault and I did not receive my full order. 1st order I received a refund of undelivered product. Second order, they indicated because I didn’t buy the insurance, I’m liable. I canceled my membership. Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll buy elsewhere

UPS service is not as good as FedEx that gives me delivery windows of time to be home for signature need. it was futile to get 3 "attempted deliveries ". eventually went to do my own pickup at depot 30 min away. FedEx much more communication and at least a 4 hr window when I could have any hope of accepting delivery.

Would give zero stars if possible. Knowingly sold expired beer. Refused to accept returns or offer a discount. Do not buy from here. Will not be returning
