“I used Autotech for the first time 6 years ago and I'll never use another collision service. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you wind up in that situation, do yourself a favor and go to Autotech. These guys are the best!I wish more businesses could be like Autotech. I could list times that he has caught other mechanics in dishonest assessments of my car, refused to charge me for things he didn’t feel merited it, or found that my car’s problem had a less expensive issue when I came in suggesting it might be something much worse and was willing to pay for it, but I hope you’ll just take my word for it all. He’s also very honest when, rather than convince you to get thousands of dollars of work done, you just need a new car. Unless I have an issue while traveling, I don’t go to anyone else anymore.”

“I was struggling to find someone who could remove a rounded off and stuck oil pan drain plug. I asked for word-of-mouth suggestions and Van Meter came up. Keith called me around 2:30PM and was able to squeeze me in the same day, after I was done work. Not only was his team able to remove the plug, but he also showed it to me and described what he thought the original cause was. Finally, they reached out by text the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. Therefore, between the attention to detail and the fact that I live only about two miles from their shop, I plan on returning for my automotive needs.”
