  We have an attached sun/sitting room that had suffered long term, unseen water damage. We went with Ayars because of the thorough explanation of what they were going to do as well as a very reasonable estimate.(5 estimates total)Josh is such an affable, knowledgeable fellow. His crew was terrific! Steve, his “window guy” was a meticulous, “do it right the first time,” skilled craftsman. The same can be said about his trim guy, Ethan. We were ecstatic with the results and would HIGHLY recommend Ayars Complete Home Improvements for ANY project you need done. Terrific!

  I reached out Ayars to replace front porch posts because two good friends had used them and were so happy with the work Ayars did. From estimate to completion Josh and the rest of the Ayars team were great! Professional, polite, showed up when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were a pleasure to work with and made my front porch look brand new. I will definitely use them for my next project!

Josh has selected a team of top notch professionals to do the work and leads them with passion. Josh, Sharon, Eric, and Ethan were truly invested in our project, start to finish. Ethan, our tireless carpenter, is a true craftsman who made magical things happen with his own hands and high quality materials. Sharon shared my vision and helped us achieve it. We actually miss seeing the team! And they did it all while keeping the rest of our home clean. Amazing. We love, love, love our new bathroom, all of it. From the planning stages with Josh, to the day in and day out work being done by Butch and Eric, we felt comfortable with the entire team handling the work.   Josh, Butch, Eric and the rest of the contractoring team were awesome from beginning to end of our basement remodel project! Josh did a great job understanding my wife and I’s needs and tried to keep us within budget while remaining in constant communication with us around the entire project. Butch was our on-site contractor and did an incredible job with crafting a beautiful space. Butch was prompt, fast-paced, efficient, and a skilled craftsman. Even when little road bumps occurred based on the age of our home, he and the team found ways to work around them and to keep the project on track. Eric was also on-site almost daily to make sure the project was running as planned and was in constant communication with us if he noticed anything that should be brought to our attention or if further selections needed to be made. Overall, this project and team was worth every penny! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some kind of renovation project and to bring new light to old spaces. Thanks, Ayars team, for all you did to make our basement an incredible new space that far exceeded our expectations!

  When was the last time you received MORE than you bargained for from a Home Improvement Company? Professional planning, skilled craftsmanship and complete satisfaction make working with Ayars Home Improvement a pleasure.
  After 50 years, our old dated bathroom needed a makeover. Josh came out, sat down with us and listened to what our needs were. He then went to work with his designer, Sharon, designing a modern bathroom for a geriatric couple..Once the work began, we were overwhelmed with the talent, knowledge, and skill of Eric , Randy and Tom. Each showed an attention to detail we have never seen before. And, at the end of the day, the area was always left clean and neat. We highly recommend Josh and his team for any home improvement project one might have. There is a reason for all of the FIVE stars reviews. Thank you for all you did for us.

  Our family hired Ayars to perform a kitchen remodel in our home. They were referred to us by multiple family friends as best in the business. We were not disappointed! We love our new kitchen and the experience with the ownership and team was professional and friendly. From design, to demo, to buildout, everything was explained and expertly executed. When problems did arise, they were also explained and collaborated on to find solutions. One area that sets certain outfits apart is how they handle challenges and obstacles, and this group hit a home run. Would highly recommend you give them a call for your next project.

  The entire Ayars crew from start to finish were wonderful! From Sharon, the assistant, to Ethan, Eric, Tom and everyone in between, especially Josh. So absolutely wonderful and helpful! The process was so smooth and easy. I felt ok letting them in my home when I had to work and was sent pics and videos and received txts during the entire process. It went so fast and I’m so grateful for the finished product! My bathroom is absolutely my favorite place to sit and relax. Thank you!!

  When my wife and I bought our house in 2020, we had a list of items we wanted to update and quickly began knocking things off of our list. Knowing that we wanted a kitchen remodel, we got used to our space and started brainstorming some ideas for a new floor plan, quickly realizing that we weren’t designers! Ayars’ has always had a great reputation in home renovations, and we knew that when we were ready, we’d be contacting them. Four years later, we decided to move forward and our experience was exactly what we expected… perfect.
  
  Starting the process, Josh reached out to us to get a feel for what it was we wanted out of the renovation, and with a site visit, we were able to dial in on a rough draft of a list of wants and needs. He measured our area, was able to make recommendations, helped us understand the magnitude of the project, and set up a meeting with his designer, Sharon. Between the two of them, Josh and Sharon’s expertise in product lines, dimensions, aesthetic, spatial awareness, and functionality was invaluable. They had a passion for getting us exactly what we wanted by showing samples, making recommendations, collaborating and communicating as often as it took, and even grounding us if our thoughts were going astray. We felt comfortable and like a priority all of the time, throughout the entire planning process.
  
  Once a start date was determined, the execution was just as detailed. We had a schedule outlined with every work item for each day of each week. The team working at our home, Ethan and Kevin, were top notch in professionalism, respect, work ethic, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. They arrived on time, took time to zip-wall off any adjacent rooms before hand, and cleaned up at the end of every day, treating our home like their own. While on site, they felt like members of our family and were a joy. Managing the project, Eric and Josh would be in daily contact, stopping in to answer questions, verify progress, and solve a problem or two along the way. We had an unforeseen duct work issue that they had to engineer a custom repair for that ended up flawless.
  
  Overall, the value added to our home by the ideas on the front end, combined with the detail in craftsmanship and execution throughout, really couldn’t have culminated to a better outcome. It’s perfect, and we’re grateful. Each member of the team brought expertise and passion to the project. Thank you to Josh, Eric, Sharon, Ethan, and Kevin for all of your hard work!
