“Best tasting sausage I've ever had. Great company to deal with. If you order a decent amount of sausage, you can pick it up at the shop. Otherwise available at shoprite and some acme and they have a store in the Reading Terminal Market in philly.”

“Matt and Mike’s Italian Market is the best place in South Philly! I love their Italian Specialty Hoagies on Sarcone’s Bread! I’ve been coming here since I was a child, picking up groceries with my grandmother. Now, I take my child there. My grandmother, Cathy, has been a loyal customer since the beginning. Matt and Mike have grown as a family and witnessed generations grow.
I see some reviews on here about “scams” or people’s “card number” being used, but these guys are real honest and solid people. I’ve never had any type of transaction fraud my whole life of knowing them. These are some good men who work hard to provide for their families. I highly recommend Matt & Mike’s Italian Market!!”

“Ordered 7 bone prime rib roast, the day before, they didn’t even ask for a deposit! place was packed but ordering was efficient. I had to wait a few minutes while my order was being prepped but was worth it. Meat was clearly trimmed of excess fat, already tied and ready for the smoker. Meat was so tender that I used a bread knife to cut some pieces. Definitely coming back soon. Mga Kababayan ! If you’re looking for whole pig, (uncoooked)for lechon, this is the place to be!”
“I was disgusted by the meat at Shoprite so I decided to give this place a try. The meat is fresh and my husband and I enjoyed everything we ate. We have now decided to make this our weekly go to place for meat.”

“The there price for meats and other things just wish store was a lot bigger workers are very pleasant and friendly I was planning a party for my granddaughter and was talking about moon bounces and how hard it was to find one that time of year well one of the gentleman told me about Big Var and gave me the number and address where to go which was a couple of blocks away from the store and Big Var was available to New Castle Delaware and save the day for me with out a problem thanks Sam and Sam's for the help and great customer service”

“I try my best to come here once every 6-8 weeks to stock up on my breakfast meats (turkey maple sausage, beef regular breakfast link, beef sage sausage, & our favorite beef bacon). We are a non pork household and I love that every pork sausage you normally can get is offered here in either the turkey or beef option. I’ve also purchased their steak, turkey wings, chicken wings, and party wings. I have no complaints with any of my items that I’ve purchased. I was recommended this market by a family member and I have recommended it to others. The only con is I can’t come here as often as I like because it’s too far away but when I’m in the area I stock up.”
