“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

“I don't send a lot of mail so I'm very unfamiliar with how the process works. So when I get in the post office, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but the customer service here is great. Each time I go, any questions I have, they help me and answer it with such a detailed response and they're quick! They taught me a lot! Thank you ladies!”

“We had to submit a passport application and could not make an appointment. The staff at the office graciously agreed to process our application. They were patient, meticulous, and kind. They even let me borrow the eyeglasses so I could better see how I was signing the check :-) Overall, I was very impressed. Fantastic folks! Thank you!

“Good Evening Google Family. I have visited this location in the past, but left no review. I needed to mail two letters, my two thank you letters. They have new mailboxes and I can never find the opening or slot to put my letters. I asked when I went inside and the young male mail clerk came outside and explained to me that due to mail theft, the post office has instituted a new opening in the mail box. I could see that now. Boy do I feel like an idiot!!! All this time, I never knew the slot was right there. Boy, you find out and learn new things every day. I slotted my letters and away I went. Short and sweet. I would definitely come back here and purchase stamps. A good experience. Have a good night, workout, be fit and Fabulous!!!!!”

THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS THE SWEETEST PERSONALITY, SO KIND, SO NICE, SO CONSIDERATE AND SO PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THAT GENTLEMAN IS BEHIND THE COUNTER, THE ATMOSPHERE IS CALM, HIS VOICE IS SO SOOTHING AND NOT ONE CUSTOMER WAS HOSTILE. I CAN NOT REMEMBER GOING INTO A P.O. AND NOT HEARING A ROWDY P.O. EMPLOYEE ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER. GIVE HIM A SPECIAL RECOGNITION AND PROMOTE HIM BECAUSE HE IS AWSOME. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO DESCRIBE HIM IN THIS MANNER BUT THE YOUMG MAN HAS TATTOOS . I mention this because the last experience was horrible at the Deptford Post Office. If you are thinking about passports NEVER go to Deptford! Your day will go so much better at Bellmawr!”
