“I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”

“I have been very happy with the Mullica Hill iStorage, as I’ve been renting a 10x20 for the past 10 months having bought a house down the road a piece just a year ago. Their property and units are very clean, safe, convenient, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to maneuver enough out of my unit over time that I was able to downsize today to keep my budget manageable during some challenging times. Tana was extremely helpful in finding me a perfect size unit and very close to my current unit, so that I could smoothly transition everything from one to the other for my next phase of the dreaded task of moving. ?
