If they carry what you want they are fine. If you need a consultation, their salespersons have shallow knowledge and since any installation is 3rd party, standing behind their products is a hassle unless it's something you can carry in for return in which case they are no hassle

Your big box homeowners fix it store with plenty of stock in all departments from appliances to windows, paint, hardware, chemicals and some plants in season. Gets busy sometimes especially on the weekends in summer but usually not to long of a wait.
