Guy with the pony tail and glasses that works customer service is very disrespectful and really open my trashcan when I was ringing it up as if I was stealing I have never been so angry with a customer service employee I mean is that really necessary I didn't even get a chance to unload before he was digging in my stuff. My order was over 100 for bird food trash cans etc but that guy needs to be moved to a different department or something.

Disrespected me and many popular construction company’s that refuse to shop here cuz how bad it is. Damage products refusing to apply credit card coupons calls police if u complain and bans u. Weak men will call behind yo back. They ain’t getting away with this n be in more trouble with corporate. Don’t mess around

Patrick who works in Cabinetry is an outstanding guy! He spent a couple.of hours helping me with an appliance purchase I was making after the Sales Manager had left for the day. The sales manager for Appliances found an appliance for me in the back, and was able to get me what I needed the same day. Patrick took on the responsibility of assisting with my purchase and worked with me to hold the item after my purchase so I could have it ready to pick up. He even wheeled it out and helped give advice of how to transport and load the item. Thank you so much Patrick in Cabinetry!

I ordered online and picked up a ceiling fan. It was easy and seamless. I do think they need a better inventory of smaller fans. I needed a 48-inch. Most of their inventory was 52 inches.

I have to give kudos to Andy, the assistant store manager! He was extremely helpful in a difficult situation where i was expecting no help at all. He went above and beyond, with a smile on his face and an easy going, yet professional, attitude. Thank goodness people like Andy work at my local Lowe’s!

When calling this location on a Saturday and the automatic phone switching asks what department I want. I replied to the lumber department! You (never) get to speak to a real person!!!!!!
No one (EVER) answered the phone! Ever after calling back numerous times! The option of speaking to a real person was not one of the selections that I had!!! Phone options should be that you get totalk to a real person!!!!

Horrible waited washer dryer combo for an how to find the guy that was bringing it out just hiding behind something playing on his phone ....finally got it out side he said it was to big to fit in my vehicle we measured it we had clearance still wouldn't put it in my vehicle.... now I've been waiting at customer service for 45 minutes .... I've been here since 930 a.mm is 1130 I just want my money back at this point

One hour on hold to speak with customer service at the Rio Grande store. Twice they picked up the phone and just hung up!
