There is nobody on the floor for help. This place is ridiculous. Only 1 cashier. I can’t find anything. Unprofessional and wasting time, idk why you guys paying those employees because nobody is working !!!

I make custom shirts and cups and things of that nature. I was in a bind and needed 27 shirts for a church event. I did an online order for pick up and picked it up the next day. I get to the store. Not one employee to be seen at the registers or the front door. I looked. I waited. Then I checked the overhaul because I needed my items, and there was no one around. I grabbed my items. Matched my name and order to the email they sent on my phone. After I had gotten my things and was ready to leave, an employee came up and was not the kindest about telling me I should have waited or called for help. I did wait. How would I call for help? Apparently, there's a button i could push. Several feet away from the overhaul compartments, which are literally right next to the doors. There's no signage that says I couldn't grab my things and no signage that says push the button for help. I rarely go to Michael's anymore, and that made me not want to go at all. Unfortunately, we don't have any other craft stores locally. Customer service is not for everybody.

Won't be surprised when this location shuts down. No store is a mess no cashiers. Don't have a problem at self checkout you have to go hunt someone down. Sorry we came Hobby Lobby isn't that fair that's where we'll go from now on. Peace out Michaels!

Take it from someone who is not too crafty, this place is insane. So happy their customer service reps are so helpful. I was able to quickly get what I needed and a few tips along the way.

Went to buy a specific holiday decoration, which Michael’s did not have and, of course ended up buying so much more! 50% off everything plus another 25% at the register. How can you not love this place! If Michael’s ever is in financial trouble, I will personally spend every penny I have to keep it afloat!

My rewards account was set up as an Educators account that has a discount attached. Somehow my account switched to a Senior Citizen discount. This discount is less than an educators yet the employee would not switch it back nor apply my educators discount. I'm very dissatisfied with this store!
