I wish they did interior cleaning without it having to be part of detailing service. The vacuums outside are free though and that's a plus. The prices for the different wash packages are all very reasonable considering how expensive everything else is. The dryer guys outside are pretty good and do what they can to reach tough areas on bigger vehicles.

Beware of the "unlimited" service: you're getting signed up for a monthly recurring fee no matter if you use the car wash or not. They won't respond to cancellation requests. Also, this place is not a full service wash (you sit in your car) but they charge more than other places around town anyways.

We have come to wash the car several times now and it is closed. It doesn't seem right to me because you look at the page and it appears open, it's disrespectful.

I set an appointment a week ago just to show up at 8 in the morning and tell me that I never set an appointment at all. All things to be considered the staff was very nice but I won't be coming back. ?

They always leave the rims and tires of my car dirty even though I pay the platinum monthly payment.
I get home and I have to clean the wheels and rims myself...

B&C provides consistently excellent services. On my most recent visit, not only did they make my Aviator look awesome, they actually sold me a cheaper service than what I thought I needed and had originally asked them to perform. The owners (Bryan and Colin) have integrity and care about their customers.

I used to have a membership here before covid and I always had a great experience. I went there today for the first time since they relaunched hoping to get a membership again and was extremely disappointed. I purchased the best package they offered gold/platinum and my car still had a layer of dirt when I left and all my windows are streaky and wiped with something that seems like a polish or grease. My car is worse than before I went and I feel like I wasted my money and now have to clean each window and wipe my car down in order to see out properly. Very disappointed.

Good place to Quickwash your car, the machines seems to be in great shape.
2 point I would like to ask them to improve
1- entrance control, when busy there is a line of cars, but cars coming on the opposite direction just cut in resulting in a mess, people should respect the line, but the carwash could install street cones.
2- it would be nice when is raining or snowing to have it open even though there is not drying guys, let just the machines keep working.
