“We had a contractor who has a long term partnership with Opdyke Lumber. Our house did an extension about 3 years ago and all of our doors and windows were purchased through Opdyke. Unfortunately one of the Anderson doors door broke and my contractor called Opdyke Lumber. Within hours my contractor told me that Opdyke will send someone over next day. Frank was early and well equipped when he arrived. He spent about an hour to repair and replace any broken parts of the door. He was professional, knowledgeable and was kind enough to waive our service charge. It’s been 3 years since we had this renovation and Opdyke won a loyal life long customer. Highly recommend!!!”
“I had a good experience delivering here. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment and within a hour I was out of there. The door I got was tight though, had to unhook from trailer and park on the side to avoid blocking traffic but it wasn’t terrible. If you’re navigating using copilot to get here it will route to use an entrance by the next door building that is blocked so keep that in mind.”
