TERRIBLE Servive !! If I could give a zero I would !!! Placing an order should not be aggravating or stressful . I called to get some details about an order I made . No one could understand me , no one could answer any of my questions , and I was hung up on . The franchise owner of Edible Arrangements should close down this location . STAY AWAY !!!

I had such a great experience! I needed a last minute arrangement for a friend that was soon to go to work and this office, more so Satish, made it happen in a timely manner! He helped me pick the perfect arrangement, was professional and helpful, and he surpassed my expectations! Shall the need arise, I would order with Satish again. Thank you 😊

I ordered an Edible Arrangements bouquet for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, and it was an amazing experience. The bouquet was beautifully arranged, fresh, and delicious. The service was excellent—timely delivery and great customer care. My girlfriend absolutely loved it. This made it my best Valentine’s Day ever. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements for making special moments even more memorable!

Placed order on 2/7 for a 2/14 Valentine’s Day delivery. Order was incorrect upon delivery and missing items. Called the store multiple times requesting they deliver the missing items. I was told the items would be delivered. My last call to them was at 6:45p, the store was supposed to close @ 7p. I was told by the person that answered the phone, that they were busy. What poor customer service. After requesting a refund because it was NOT offered , I was refunded the items that were not received. I will not utilize this particular Edible Arrangements again.
