“We were in need of new washing machine, and dryer. We were recommended to visit Adam's T.V ads Appliance. What a great experience. They asked for the household needs, and if I had anything in mind. As we came to an agreement, they said that particular product had a rebate. They explained what to do, and the machine that was not in stock was ordered. We saved a little by picking them up at their location, and the owner assisted on loading once both units were there. Oh, and their little dog, If we dont visit for the appliances, we will stop to see their puppy.”

I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com!
