First time using this facility and they were fantastic. Had to diagnose a battery issue on my Jeep Gladiator (which has two batteries). They did me the courtesy of dropping me off at my house while they handled the diagnostics, accurately communicated the price—which was fair and reasonable—and completed the battery replacement in the timeframe earlier indicated. The facility itself was also immaculate, with free snacks in the waiting area, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and communicative.

Great place to bring your car for any issues, they helped me out big time with my Mitsubishi Montero sport, on 3 separate occasions and each time I couldn't be happier with their service work. Gary is very helpful and accommodating and I will be back with my Acura for other sevice work. Thanks guys

I had such a good experience at Honest1! I realized once I got to Middlesex pool that I had a nail in my tire and was losing air quick! Thankfully they were near by and they fixed my tired in 15 min for $17!! Definitely saved the day! Thank you!

I had an unexpected issue with my 2017 VW Jetta which required a full transmission replacement. I was having difficulty finding the part, as well as a facility to perform the actual repair. Upon my search, I saw all of the positive Google reviews of Honest-1 Auto and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ralph, explained my predicament, and agreed to have to car towed to Honest-1. To my relief, Ralph and team were able to find a salvaged transmission, remove my old one and install the replacement. I'm happy to report the car now runs fine, thankfully. Both Ralph and Mike were always pleasant to speak with when I checked in and pricing was very fair. I will definitely refer others to Honest-1 for their repair needs! Be aware that it's better to pay in cash or check as there's an additional fee for using a credit card.

Parts prices for brakes are basically double to triple what you’d pay at a parts store. Quality of work seems fine and timing was good.

Update: I spoke with them, a bit of miscommunication was in the middle mostly from my side. Everything was handled pretty well and I'm definitely willing to stay as a customer after how everything was taken care of. ?
So I've been sitting here under this tree since 1:42pm (today Saturday 13th Jul), yesterday Friday 12th I was told on the phone that they're open today Saturday 13th until 3pm. I told them that I might just pick up my Mazda on monday, but I decided to just come today (Saturday) because I need my car. I live 1hr away from here and took an uber just to spend 40+mins under a tree looking at my car that's ready to drive inside the shop that's supposed to be open until 3pm according to the person I spoke with on the phone, and according to google maps.
Should I have called before taking and spending money on my 1hr uber from home? Maybe... but, again... YESTERDAY FRIDAY I WAS TOLD THEY'RE HERE UNTIL 3PM AND GOOGLE ALSO SAYS THEY'RE HERE UNTIL 3PM!

This place is the real deal. I brought my car there because it was making multiple strange sounds and didn't accelerate properly. My dashboard was lit up with everything you could imagine including tire pressure and check engine. They determined everything that was going on and gave me a fair price to fix it all. I had the car back by end of business day and it drives brand new. I dealt with a couple of guys there from the mechanic who took the time to take a ride with me so he could hear it, to the guy who stayed in contact with me the entire time. His name was Mike. Mike is really pleasant and cool. Not to mention honest with me. The ONLY complaint I had was that I wasn't told there's a 3.5 % charge for not paying in cash. To their defense there's a sign right on the counter that I didn't notice. They should make it a point to mention it anytime someone uses a debit or credit card though. But it's not a big deal. All in all I'm happy. Oh btw I have an interlock device on my car and Mike taught the guys how to use it so I didn't get another lockout. Very happy with them. I think I found my mechanic shop. Good work guys!
