From the very first phone call with Mark and Theresa, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions before booking. On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

They charged by hour and truckload but were very efficient with their time and did a great job packing and moving furniture to a complicated location (bridge, narrow dirt driveway up a mountain etc)

We had some unexpected challenges when our original driver had a family emergency, but Michael Angelo and his crew stepped in and truly went above and beyond.
Michael Angelo personally called us, apologized, and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Even when he experienced an issue with his truck right before our schedule time, he stayed in constant communication with us and kept us updated throughout the process. “I reserved a truck at the South Plainfield location, and Jason, who assisted me, was so pleasant and extremely accommodating. It was a busy day for him there. I waited for him to assist a couple of other clients who were before me. As courtesy for waiting, he applied an additional 25% discount on the rental. Not for nothing, after comparing prices of rentals with other competitors, Penske seemed to be the one who offered a deal. I highly recommend Penske. Jason was attentive and sweet.”
