My name is Jaden I ordered a clutch kit from this company I didn't receive anything for 2 weeks then was told it wasn't even made yet so I cancelled my order 2 months later I received nothing . I called the company and always talked to a unprofessional guy that just gave me excuse after excuse he should be fired then I talked to Sally and Marissa who were more helpful than him and sent me a cancelation confirmation and were empathetic about the situation I will see if this company actually puts the money back but please save the headache and don't buy a product from this place it's not worth the stress of having to pull their teeth to do what should've been done in the first place .

Absolutely horrible, ordered a clutch, pilot bearing, and payed for FedEx ground shipping through the website, the clutch was dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer to our loading dock using FexEx Freight with a $1200 express bill. Spoke that same day to someone who assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry about it. Almost five months later this matter has not been made right by these people and will be having to pursue legal action to get these criminals to make right. Do Not Under Any Circumstances Buy From These Low Lifes!

Beware if u ever need a refund or change your mind and cancel your order in the same hour of purchase you will have the run around with this company trying to get your cash back. Over a month waiting had to get my bank involved to get my money.

I ordered a clutch kit, and it came with a damaged friction plate. The first person I talk to tried to be helpful, the second I talk to was not only rude, but told me I was screwed. They do not make their own products, and they use cheap out of country products. Do not buy from them, because as a middleman, they will neither take responsibility, nor will they show any self respect for the products they sell. Also, if I had chosen to return it, it would’ve cost me over $200, and they made it clear. They reserve the right to not refund me, or ship a new kit. Please don’t make a mistake that I did, do not use this company.

They are basically a scamming middleman. You can go read other reviews on ******* and other places. I spent almost $600, had a defect when it was shipped to me. They refused to simply swap the product, and said that I likely would not qualify for a refund. Ive read where several people have tried to get refunds, and after months, sometimes, as long as a year more, they still never received a refund on their card

Do not under any circumstances order from this company. After much research into their products and their warranty guarantee's we spent over 1,200.00 on the clutch kit. Less then 6 months later, and less than 4,000 miles on the clutch the clutch was causing problems. We took the truck to the mechanic where once he took it out we found serious issues. When the mechanic pulled everything out the clutch material was completely gone. The flywheel, pressure plate, and what was left of the still of the clutch all had heat marks left on them. The throw out bearing the sleeve it rides on were scarred with big gashes. We immediately contacted the company who took several weeks to respond after emails and voicemails. We then paid over $200.00 to ship them to be looked over and inspected. They responded that the reason they failed was because of no grease between the wheel bearing. I offered to send documentation of the mechanic who took them out cleaning them to diagnose what was wrong. Several weeks later no response. After a phone call with one of their employee's , they admitted that they were confused at the damage because nothing we had on our vehicle should have caused the damage that they were seeing. They offered to re-line the clutch disc and resurface the flywheel at no charge. We explained that this was unacceptable as by this point it had been MONTHS since the problem occurred and the parts had been sent to them and we had already replaced the clutch system. Also, according to the warranty, and their website this was unacceptable and should qualify for a full refund. We were suppose to receive a letter in the mail to further pursue this matter. After a length of time of not receiving anything, and I haven't been able to reach them since.At the beginning of this issue, I believed it was a simply manufacturing error and had high hopes that we could resolve it. 2 years later I'm out thousands of dollars with having to replace the clutch, a new one installed, and loss of work/income associated with having a truck down. This company does not stand by their product, their warranty, or their customers.

I almost did not go with the company because if the reviews. Everyone talked about bad service and never heard back from them. Well I can yell you I emailed them once in the morning and by later that evening they responded. Gave me my refund on shipping with no hassle. Thanks Phoenix Friction, I will tell my friends about you.

This place sells GARBAGE. Stage 2 kevlar clutch slipping after 7k miles. Customer support were Aholes.

I bought a clutch kit from them about 10 months ago, and needless to say, I need a whole new other clutch again. this product was not reliable. I tried talking to them about warranty because they have a year of warranty, but so far they have not helped me out. I called them and they said it would be better if I emailed them. So I did, and they only replied once and sent me a screenshot of their warranty policy. Which I already knew and was trying to get warranty for my part, but after that no more responses. I did not appreciate paying a lot of money for a clutch kit that only lasted me 10 months. Now I have to find another, and get another clutch job done on my car. Clutch jobs are not cheap and I'm really upset with how this whole process has been. DO NOT BUY from this company. The parts will not last you a long time and they'll have you paying for new parts and a new job for your car.

Update#2: 4/24 - 2 more weeks, multiple calls in, only able to talk to the same guy, states that the person in charge of the refund is supposed to call me by end of day which never comes. No refund, no product, no contact. BBB has been notified, legal action next.Update: I have received an email requesting to review products. I have not receieved any products, no refund, and not a single phone call or email from a person addressing any issues. BBB is going to be contacted.Purchased stage 2 Kevlar for 3rd gen tacoma. All parts specified in stock. They were not. No communication for over a week. After calling they said parts to build the disc due mid week last week. No communication. Called Monday - stated they don't have the parts to build disc yet. After attempting to cancel and waiting on hold for 10 minutes someone told me they'd hand it to their "sales manager" in order to issue a refund and should receive an email. 3 days later still nothing. Guess I will put a stop payment. If I didn't know any better I'd think they're scamming people...

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Look at the reviews before you waste your time. They change opening hours DAILY. Phone line recording said opened at 9am I get here closed. I call then it says 10am. What is wrong with this place. Smhhh just don’t go here. This place is a DUMPPPPPP! Do NOT waste your money or time here.

We ordered something from them last November, returned it, and never got the money back on our credit card. We followed up with them multiple times over the past four months and always got an excuse. They never followed up with us or gave us details without us calling to ask on the status of our refund, and when they would tell us it was taken care of, it wasn't and we'd have to follow up again. Steer clear.

Save yourself time and money. They do not have parts in stock. Website is a lie. They provide no updates. Do not give them your money.
