They have helped my car out so many times. The owner there is very nice and kind as well as helpful. He always has a great support staff.
It impresses me that there’s only three or four people working there, but they seem to get things done quickly, depending on the damage.

Very disappointed the staff is very unprofessional.
Setup an online appointment to receive an in-office estimate. The office secretary came out to my car and only took pictures. I said I needed a written estimate and was told same day written estimates are only provided on Saturday mornings and I would have to come back.
Proceeded with the picture estimate. Two weeks later and 3 phone calls later, I finally received a written estimate. The price was slightly above an insurance cap and I asked if the estimate could be adjusted to meet the insurance cap and was told it could.
Another two weeks and two phone calls later, and an Email, I received the reduced estimate. Oh, by the way the estimate’s had the word Asss at the end of the file name, was that intentional?
In addition, my email asked for dates to schedule the repair AND still have not received any dates. I’m Done there are too many other body shops and this place is so unprofessional.
Stay away, there many better Body Shops….

Louis does an outstanding job. Had 2 cars done here and could never tell they had major work done. The issue with the last car is it took almost 2 months. I never got updates unless I called.I understand there is a backorder issue, just wish the level of communication was better.

I could not have been happier with the outcome of my car! My car was in very bad shape when we brought it in. The rear was smashed in as a result of a hit and run. Being that my car was made in the last two years getting parts for my car became a little difficult due to covid and shipping delays. Other than that all the staff was extremely helpful and communicative. I would get updates on the status of my car without having to call. Overall extremely happy with my experience though it did take longer than predicted which I honestly expected I am glad I chose a shop that cared as much as they did. Highly recommend!!
