Terrible first-time experience. All I want it is a cashier check that I've done in another branch, and it was smooth in that branch. This branch held me 30 minutes and verified a million things with the back office for no reason to do the same thing that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Never coming back here

I used this branch recently since the Bound Brook location closed.My first time experience was outstanding.The teller whom I believe is "Kathleen" was friendly, and provided exceptional customer service.

Ms Faye us the worst worker at this location. She never wants to help African Americans customers. She always rushing you out the location or sending you online to figured it out. What's the purpose of her being there?? She always quickly to help white and Hispanic smh

Waste of time! Had an appointment- got nothing out of it. They said I MUST GO TO NORTH PLAINFIELD BRANCH since the account was opened there. INSANE! It shouldn't matter what branch I go to in order to get things done. Thankfully North Plainfield wells fargo was able to accommodate me for my wasted time at the middlesex branch Pathetic.

I would give them zero stars but I don’t have the option. Horrible service disgusted, I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 1998 when it was first union. They denied me service just because my drivers license is expired, I haven’r been able to get an appointment at the DMV due to Covid, they have no consideration about the situation. I’ve been to other branches before and they’re understanding about the situation and have never denied me service just because of an expired DL. I even bought a house, got a check and all last month with the same expired DL and this branch wants to make everyone’s life hell!
