I always tell them it's the cleanest place around but they do have flies in a donut case and told them and they didn't care at all..4 days later went to get my free coffee and they charged me plus made it so I didn't get the point towards the next free coffee and played stupid like they didn't cancel it on the screen and couldn't fix the issue. They will overcharge you for a buck be careful your kindness and service doesn't matter

The guy who worked there was on his cell phone the whole time I was there. He took his time to ring up my item because he was too busy talking on the phone. Once he did, he took his time putting the amount I gave into the register. I did not get the right change. It was only a few cents, but it's not the point. I was in the area for the day. If I lived in the area I would definitely not go there again.

I love this 711 location it is clean and organized , the staff are nice, I've never had am employee get rude with me.

Lady behind the counter is horrible. Mumbles when talking and seems very bothered by the simple task of ringing up customers. I mean that's the job lol. If you hate it that much quit.

Be careful if you pay cash, count your change. 2 times I received a dollar less with the same employee.

This place has bathrooms !! The owner needs to install a electric hand dryer in both bathrooms . Because he never has paper towels in the dispenser . End my using your napkins to dry my hands dummy boy lol
