Staff is very efficient, friendly and awesome. Called 515pm and needed battery, they were completed before closing which is 6pm, thank you for your incredible services. Would definitely recommend them. My new battery also has a 3 year full replacement warranty.

Do not drop you car off for repairs on a Friday. They assured me multiple times it would be ready by the end of the day now it won't be ready until Monday. They were missing a part but clearly they have a bad supplier that couldn't deliver before they close.. Anyone I speak too feels like this place is overcharging me as well.I'm highly disappointed.

Todd, at this location, took the time to help my girlfriend find her phone in Wilkes Barre Pa. She had just gotten fingerprints done inside the WB location and left her phone on the counter. As we were driving back to the location I was calling the number over and over and Todd answered. Instead of just having me keep calling the WB location, Todd messaged the agents in WB and ultimately helped us find the phone saving us time, money, and aggravation. That is truly a great example of going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Todd and keep up the great work.

Did tire replacement recent, terrible experience as the broke one of the wheel caps, which is not big deal and they promised to buy are new one but instead next day they called and put silently old one saying they found better one which were “fixed” by applying rubber bend which of cause did not last.Update:After a week received replacement part.

I brought my car to get a wheel alignment. I had gotten one close to a year ago, so I still had a few months left to get another alignment at no charge. The reason why I went back for an alignment, was? Just a few days prior, I had a wheel rotation... So, when I got my car back... The alignment wasn't right, at all.... The steering wheel wasn't centered the way it should be.... And the vehicle was pulling, slightly towards the right... So, I brought it back to get readjusted and I got it back basically the same.... I'm, very disappointed with this, because.... I never had problems with this place before....

Worst service and lies told by Drew and Andy.Feel free to reach out.Im a God fearing person Want nothing for free.Lied to me .Will never bring Repair to Triple AAA ever as a member for 20 yrs also when I was in college from my parents.This AAA service destroyed car left same space never moved.Lied for 2 weeks to me .Today Said did diagnosis never moved car Didn't ask for my key .had to come back drop off car left in same spot For 3 hrs.Called with 748.00.Car new brought in 2 for water leaking said condensation.Etc.Worst ever

I used AAA for road side service. The person on the phone was extremely nice and professional. The driver was professional and courteous. I had the truck worked on at AAA. Lauren was extremely helpful and work on my truck was completed in a timely manner. I've been a AAA member since 1989 and only used the service about 5-6 times. Never had a bad experience. Always impressed with the professionalism. I have also used the NYC and Middeltown for travel information and found it very informative. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! We tried multiple tire garages to try and find new tires (apparently we have an odd size). Feeling defeated and out of luck, we stumbled upon this location and were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to locate tires - they reached out to their vendor and then had one of their workers travel to pick up the tires - SAME DAY. Altogether, the job was completed within 5 hours of us stopping by. That kind of service is rare to come by these days and honestly it was refreshing to see! They have made a repeat customer out of us. Specials thanks to Manager Drew and staff.

Terrible the worst inexperienced mechanics. No wonder they aren't busy. I should've read the reviews first. Brought my toyota tacoma in for 2 reasons. One was check engine light which I checked with a snap on scanner. The code for the secondary air pump and valve was why the light was on. I told them that I wanted them to check it and he said it'll be $140 to diagnose it. I said I'm not paying 140 for you to tell me it's the pump and valve the same thing I just told you it was. I want you to check and see why. Is the pump not working, is the fuse blown ect ect. He said that's what the 140 is for, we check and diagnose it. I said then I'll pay it. Got a call later I had to get a new pump and valve pump was $900 which I got for $85 valve was $400 which I got for $120. The pump takes 3 minutes to change it had 4 rubber grommets that holds it in 2 hose clamps and aplug 5 minutes to change it. They wanted $1740. Well it wasn't the pump or valve which I returned before I put them in. Because I saw the vacuum hose was broke disconnected and was crushed. I put the hose back on check engine light hasn't came on and it passed inspection. They were going to charge me $1740. For a3minute fix. Put the hose back on. . They are terrible. Then they charge my ac which 4 days later the freon is gone because they just filled it without fixing the leak. Which is why there was no freon in to begin with. The service person said we recharged it and it's $200 if it leaks out bring it back. Really They know it has a hole because there was no freon in to begin with. Don't find the hole first then recharge it. Recharge it then find the hole after it leaks out again so you have to pay 200 to recharge it on top of paying to have the leak fixed. They could've used stop leak also when they recharged it. I wouldn't bring my bicycle to them to be fixed. Micky mouse shop. And I'm a aaa member?Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped my car off here on 7/21/23 for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10:30am appointment, and was told my car should “definitely” be ready before 2pm and that someone will call me when my car is ready to be picked up. My initial thought was that that’s too long for a simple oil change WITH an appointment. I called at 4pm because I still have not heard if my car was ready to be picked up. When I called asking if my car was ready, I was told it was taking longer than expected because they were “waiting on the oil filter”. My car ended up being ready at 4:45pm. It took over 6 hours for an simple oil change with an appointment, and the tire rotation that I asked to be completed was not done. Would not recommend anyone to come here, this service was ridiculous.
