I will never return to this store in my life. I am starting as a new customer and the lady at the register is talking to a man and I am looking for an oil filter for my car. and they start talking about me like I'm doing something bad in the store. and to top it all off he starts talking about guns and souls of fire as if to intimidate me... The staff acknowledges when a customer walks in. The staff is very knowledgeable otherwise, customers would be sold the incorrect product. Auto stores are vital to ensure we have good experiences with our vehicles and are able to maintain them.What would we do without them? Lord knows we'd be charged an arm and a leg if we had to buy even simple parts from a car dealership.I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store.

Absolutely the worst Advance auto parts store I have ever been to. They are always the slowest and unhelpful compared to other locations. Was in there today returning something 5/26, and the woman that helped me had a YUGE attitude. Seriously nothing but attitude. The guy next to her had to step in. I can understand she may be new but the attitude is inexcusable. I will no longer go to this location. It's not worth the hassle. The store in Hazlet is a million times better with zero attitude.

The dirty guy (Ron maybe) with the Long Hair and attitude is unbearable. Between the Attitude and Horrendous Body Odor, I'll just go to Napa. Thanks for nothing

The website says you are open until 8.The handwritten sign on the door says you are now closing at 6. Maybe you should update the website to reflect what's actually happening. You are screwing with people's livelihoods and businesses. It's bad enough to have equipment go down on a Sunday. It gets even worse when I have to go on a goose chase for supplies and tools. This store used to be great. Now, I just don't know.

Absolutely the worst. No client services at all. Woman manager refused to help me and refused to look at me or even leave the desk. All she could do was point. But I was purchasing all new car seat covers and had many questions. She was literally no help at all. I left and drive up 35 to new free standing auto store and spent 200 dollars and the manager even helped me set up the new seat covers. So. Yeah. Don’t bother here next to Applebee’s. They obviously don’t need your business
