I have been coming here for months now with no issues. Best price in town, just make sure you have cash. They don’t take credit cards, which is the only negative I can see about this place.

This dry cleaners ruined my shirt, put some kind of oil residue all over the sleeve and the side of the shirt and didn't want to own up to it. They said they will get back to you they never get back to you to give you credit or pay for your shirtwhich they said they would so I wait and wait and wait for a phone call over a year and still no call then they say we don't do anything after three months

Told women at counter about attention needed inside pocket of suit jacket, she said ok & noted it on ticket, but when I picked up jacket the pocket was just the same as when I brought it in. Women said "well I guess they missed it. We could try again, but it will not be ready for over a week"I'm never returning, there are other cleaners in town that really want my business. I got the impression that this women hates her job.

I’ve had no bad experiences with any garment until now. On Monday Oct 16 I brought my wife’s dress in for cleaning. I asked when it would be ready. Weds about 4pm the clerk told me no problem.Btw we leave Friday 9 am for Atlanta to attend a wedding where this dress is for.Today, the clerk tells me the dress is NOT ready at 345pm. And it won’t be, as all the workers have gone for the day. Worse than that Thursday they are closed. So nothing available then. I don’t know if the cleaning crew goes in on Thursday to complete the work they don’t the day before but they aren’t open to the public.Friday they open at 9am. At 9 am we will be at the airport our flight is at 1030am.So to have a dress my wife is frantically ordering another one from Macy’s onlineThey have one in Jersey City and I have to go tomorrow to pick it upAnd hope it’s there. And that’s another $135.00 out the window.As you know once worn and the tagsRemoved the dress is not returnable.So in my opinion Any Garment for failure to honor their contract with me , owes me $135.00 and the $6.99 toClean the original dress..I have done business here for several years but this experience has caused me to move on.

On July19,2023 brought in 11 sweaters for cleaning when I returned to pick up 1 sweater was missing. The owner John told me to wait a while to see if it was returned. Then he said wait 2weeks and if not returned they would make good on the sweater I have waited over a month and when I called John’s daughter told me I would have to wait another two months to have this resolved.. on July 19,2023, I brought in 11 sweaters that belonged to my late wife to have Dry cleaned. when I went to pick them up they noticed 1 sweate was missing.John the owner told me to come back in a couple of weeks and if it didn't turn up they would pay for the missing sweater. I called them on August 23 and the daughter of the owner told me I would have to wait another two months and then they would decide what to do. Is this any way to run a reputable business?

BUYER BEWARE !! Dropped off 2 dress shirts and 1 suit on a Saturday ..told to pick up Tuesday after 4pm ..went , not ready . Told to come back Wednesday .. drove all the way there , not ready . Closed Thursday , went Friday told not ready to come back around 4pm . Went again not ready had to wait 1/2 hour . Shirts not cleaned at all, ironed with huge creases..one shirt had dog hair all over it... suit not cleaned just put on hanger . Tried contacting owner repeatedly for them to make it right .. never heard from them. This business is awful !!Services: Clothes pressing

Business is terrible. Closes randomly and whenever they want.Dropped off two items on a Monday for a wedding the coming weekend. They said pickup anytime after Wednesday. Thursday they are closed, and then I go there Saturday and a sign on their door they are closed for weekend so I basically had ONE day to pick up and they don’t even tell me that. Horrible, will never use them again.

Use these cleaners for awhile, primarily for work shirts. Generally ok. However a few weeks ago I took in 7 items including some slacks and a sportscoat. The items have come back on dribs and drabs, but I am still missing several. Today I was told that I could wait in the store while an employee searched the rack, Asked if I could just come back after some time and pick them up. I could not. I can call on Friday but not guarantee

Destroyed a $500 sport jacket. Accepts no responsibility. No discussion. Just a note saying “came in that way” when it had an imprint of a device of some kind and discolored all around it. Clearly this place is cheaper for a reason. Don’t use. You’ll pay in the long run.Service: Clothes pressing
