Short lady with glasses and short hair was very rude and unfriendly. Told her it was my first time there and she told me well I can’t shop for you when all I asked was where can I find certain items. I never asked her to shop for me in the first place, so that comment was unwarranted

My dad and I visited this At home location for some shopping. While the store itself had a nice selection of products, the experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the staff. We were looking at coffee table we liked and asked a staff member for help, the women huffed and puffed pointed to the box said it’s right there and made a quick exit. After spending nearly two hours shopping, my father who is handicapped and was tired sat near the register upon checkout
another rude staff member approached him and aggressively asked him to get up. This lack of understanding and courtesy towards an older customer was incredibly disappointing especially one spending a lot of money. Needless to say Me or anyone I know will not be returning to this establishment. I understand the holidays are stressful and work can be overload but not acceptable if I was to act like that at work I would have received a write up by now.

Beautiful place for Home goods. A little expensive. But a nice place to shop. Beautiful people too that will help you find what you may be looking for. Just ask they will help you.

Appalled as to how rude the workers were.
I’m a personal shopping assistant and get to visit many stores and meet many people, this was my first time at this store.
Greeted by a kind manager, I explained my situation and asked to be assisted with a few items. Was pointed to a group of workers.
As I approached them, workers proceeded to act busy( it was noon on a Thursday) as they stood around talking to one another about their business. Snarking and sighing when I asked for help a second time as I could not find an item needed. One asked if they will get a cut of the proceeds for helping a third time!
If it was one person, it could just be a bad day, but the whole group of workers? I couldn’t believe their rudeness!
Safe to say this was my first and last visit.

Nice selection, but quality is meh. Was hoping to find floating shelves but couldn't find staff for the life of me to help with stock or another store's availability. Granted it's the end of season, so there were loads of empty shelves. But it looks like the store wasn't even organized before it was opened, and where they did have products in stock, the items were just haphazardly piled on top of each other.

I visited At Home in Middletown, NJ today. Lisa the manager was so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable that I ended up spending a lot of $ and bought furniture for my whole back yard but it was worth it. Lisa made the experience easy. Thank you.

Great selection and customer service! I found ceramic planter pots, but they were out of reach on the top shelf. Thankfully, Lisa, the manager came to the rescue! Huge thanks again to Lisa!
