Great group of people working there. Extremely helpful and courteous. Online order return that packaging was destroyed in the rain. No problem. This is where I'll shop for future auto purchases.

I have been an AutoZone customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until this morning. I never go back to this store in my life. I lose the money for 6 spray cans... but you lose a customer for life. I don't recommend it????????????????????????????????????. Better go to a store where the work team is willing to be kind to the customer.

I saw online that Autozone checks and installs batteries, so I went over. A young guy brought out the diagnostic computer and did the test. That was nice. But afterwards he said that no one was there that could install a battery. He told me to come back in 3 hours because there would be someone available in the afternoon. I did come back in the afternoon and a women ask me what I wanted (maybe the manager). But as soon as I said the car is a Mercedes she started making excuses. We don't install on Mercedes because the battery is in the back". I mentioned the guy hooked it up to the computer this morning and we know it is in the front and easily accessible. "Ya' know that battery is $240?" . She started looking for more excuses none of which were panning out. While I needed a battery I lost all confidence in this store and walk out. Two trips in a day to AutoZone resulted in only frustration.

Believe all the positive reviews.It was a cold and…really cold night. My wife’s car battery died, we jump started the car to pick up the kids, and were looking for a place to change the battery at 5:30 at night (after Daylight savings time ended- so you know it’s already dark).Called another “auto” store that’s supposed to be open till 9PM, and they couldn’t do it, so we drove 15 minutes out to this store.After Travis checked out the car, he said he could do it…and he got it done in under 30 minutes.Great service!

Prior to switching of management, the Middletown location was great! However, Cindy, the new “manager”, is very unprofessional and rude. Pretty sad, since this location always had such a friendly atmosphere. I frequented this location often, and never had an issue with any employee. Seems when a management change happened, they lost a good leader. Definitely will be shopping in the Hazlet location now instead, where the entire team is super helpful and friendly! Store manager Mike, located at the Hazlet store, is an example of how a manager should be- friendly, always ready to help, and very professional!
