Terrible service the lady who is waiting won’t let me deposit in cash to an account she told me that they don’t accept cash and came back in a while later the cashier who attended me already accepted me but the lady don’t accept me in cash

offered my husband \u0026 i help with mortgage by a loan modification. paperwork was signed, new payments made, then they changed terms \u0026 upped our payments. something like that should be illegal. called several times with no help. if I could give less then 1 star i would.UPDATE: I have reached out several times \u0026 always get disconnected. I reply again \u0026 again get disconnected. then am told it has been resolved when it wasn't. Does BOA think by disconnecting the problem is solved? Horrible customer service. BOA does not care about their customers. Changing terms of contract after its been signed, should be illegal if it's not already.

I tried to open a checking account, but got runaround on the automated system, closed branches etc. They don't make it easy to give them your money. I went elsewhere
