Loved this place! The groomer took their time, treated my Tucker with grace and love too make him feel comfortable for his first grooming session. Offered wonderful advice too us as first time dog owners! Reasonable priced and can’t wait too go back. Tucker even got a cute St. Patties day bandana! I wish I could post a picture of her great work!

They did an amazing job grooming my two goldens, a breed that is not always easy to get right. Bob and Honeybee came out with their tails wagging, smelling great and happy as can be after their groom and I am so pleased with how great they look.

First time here and Casper and Charleigh loved it! I had Charleigh groomed while she was here at sleep away camp? and a week later she still smells good! They came home and both slept all day and night long! I’m extremely happy with the care they both got. It now makes it easier for me to board them because I know I’m leaving them in good hands. I will also bring my dog here for grooms.I can’t say enough about the staff, very friendly and felt like I knew them for awhile. Great experience for all of us!

Definitely would recommend this groomer. My Popo comes out perfect every time ! The staff is always pleasant and never had a problem! And they are affordable. He went there once on a Recommendation from my bosses son, now he’s a regular customer !!!

For many years and through several pets, we have used this company with somewhat decent results up until our last visit. We were always given a group rate for our two dogs as they would stay in the same kennel, but not this time. A bill that should have been $240 (based in their number of stay), was $428 due to price increases as well as a holiday fee (both of which we were NEVER made aware of). Of less importance, we also requested some pictures of our dogs to show our daughter that they were out and about: no email back, no call back, and of course, no pictures. Without wanting to cause a scene at pickup, we paid the bill and explained that it was a sneaky move to just charge a customer a totally different rate that what they had previously paid and about the communication issues. Two days later, I emailed the company and asked to speak to someone about the pricing issue among other things and here we are, two days after that and still no call back. Sadly, our dogs won’t be returning to this facility do to it’s lack of communication and general operation.

I have been boarding my dogs here for years!! Never a problem not a one!! I have had hyper dogs and lazy dogs. Every dog comes home exhausted so its not like the put the dogs in the crate and leave them!! My dogs jump out of the car when we get there. They are so excited to begin their vacation.Year ago I had planned to have my 2 dogs and my sons dog to be watched at home for 14 days while we went to Hawaii. Three days before leaving the person who was going to watch them had a family emergency. With no where to turn I called Mark he checked on somethings and got back to me in a hour. They had room and was willing to take all 3 on short notice!! He saved our vacation and I have been loyal to him and Bow wow bed and bath since!!!Thank You all for making my vacations easier!!!

I have been sending my dogs Winter and Marahmellow to Bow Wow Bed and Bath for over 20 years. They have always come home tired from all the play and happy because they are treated well. please don't let one lady's review deter you from bringing your dog here. Every business has the few who complain and the hundreds of happy customers who don't think about writing a review. The owners and staff really care about the dogs and treat them well. happy dog = happy customer

Staff is very friendly and loves animals. My dog gets very excited when we bring her there. The place is perfect to leave your dog for a kennel stay.

Terrible scheduling my girls have been going for a few years but this year EVRY time I schedule online it’s an issue. Takes multiple calls yo get a return call. Not sure what’s going on but … very unreliable

Can't count how many years, but have never had a problem. Took care of our Max until he passed and now takes care of our MaxToo, Both Shih Tzu's. Try them you'll like them.
