CVS Pharmacy in Middletown offers a wide selection of items in a very clean store. The pharmacy team is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing great service at the drug counter. One pharmacist, Nabil, is super helpful and friendly, making visits quick and easy. Another staff member, Mike C, is one of the nicest folks and always a pleasure. The staff goes above and beyond, especially when helping with difficult situations like sorting out medications for an elderly parent. However, the store can be super busy with only one person to help at the counter. The self check out was not working, and the front counter person had an attitude when calling for help. Estimated pick up times are rarely accurate and sometimes off by hours.
