They do not have a standard setup to take passport photos. Just an untrained employee using a very old basic camera. I tried it and the photo came out really blurry. Not sure if every CVS has the same practice, but I would not recommend using this service.

They never answer their phone, the pharmacists are rude and they are often out of stock even for medications you get filled regularly and should make sure they have in stock. Very rude place

They didn't run my prescription through my insurance and told me they did and tried to charge me over $100. I called my insurance and was told that CVS never contacted them and my charge for the prescription should have been $5.99. This has happened to me twice at the Middletown CVS.
