They never answer their phone, the pharmacists are rude and they are often out of stock even for medications you get filled regularly and should make sure they have in stock. Very rude place

How does this location have such poor reviews. It makes no sense. Every time I have come here they have everything I need from special glues to specific eye drops. The staff at the pharmacy and front and amazing and go above and beyond to assist. I would like to mention Jenna M, the gentleman that fishes (John I think), the gentleman transfer from Highlands location. Everyone. What a shame people post bad reviews bc they don't deserve it.

FYI, if you're looking for a prescription, don't trust the automated system. It works well when the RX you're looking for is readily available, but if you're looking for something in short supply, good luck. Twice now I've called in my prescription, and twice now I was told by the automated system it would be there. Twice now I've shown up, but the prescription wasn't. They did call around to find another pharmacy that had it, but even THEY couldn't get through to another local pharmacy. No one actually answers the phone. I've been sitting here waiting for about a half hour now while they take care of nonstop customers. Really disappointed with the way they handle things.

Title: Disappointing Experience: A Pharmacy ReviewReview:I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting CVS PHARMACY and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service, telephone and website service, and the lack of stock in medications. It is with great regret that I write this review to share my unfortunate encounter.Firstly, the customer service at CVS PHARMACY was nothing short of awful. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it evident that they lacked any training when it came to dealing with customers. Their overall attitude was unwelcoming and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Additionally, the telephone service provided by CVS PHARMACY was incomprehensible. Whenever I attempted to reach out for assistance or inquire about a medication, I was met with confusion and received vague answers. This lack of clarity made it impossible for me to understand important information or make informed decisions regarding my health.Furthermore, the pharmacy's app and website service was equally disappointing. It was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked essential features that would have made ordering medications online a seamless experience. The website's interface seemed archaic and unreliable, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience for customers like myself. To make matters worse, I discovered an alarming shortage of stock in essential medications at CVS PHARMACy. This not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the establishment's ability to cater to the needs of its customers effectively. A well-stocked pharmacy is vital, especially during times when access to medications is crucial for maintaining good health. In conclusion, my visit to CVS PHARMACY left me profoundly dissatisfied due to their awful customer service, incomprehensible telephone and website service, and the inadequate stock of medications. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their pharmaceutical needs, as this particular pharmacy fails to meet basic expectations. It truly disappoints me to have experienced such a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a potential customer, I urge you to carefully consider your options before entrusting your healthcare needs to CVS PHARMACY. The cashier that did not help me whatsoever tonight will remain nameless. He was a man over 5 foot eight and his name started with an. A. Instead of helping me fill the prescription at another CVS pharmacy, he gave me a piece of paper with the name of the prescription and told me to go into yet another line and wait I have never been more angry with a business in my whole life it's taking me every ounce of energy I possess to remain free of using vulgar language. I've never been so pissed off in my life don't bother going to the store ever unless you crave being blown off, ignored, and totally dissatisfied.

They didn't run my prescription through my insurance and told me they did and tried to charge me over $100. I called my insurance and was told that CVS never contacted them and my charge for the prescription should have been $5.99. This has happened to me twice at the Middletown CVS.

I called CVS on Rte. 35 in Middletown NJ to ask what I needed to do to get a particular vaccine. On the phone the told me, "We don't take appointments for that. You just walk-in." The next day i walkers into the store and inquired about the vaccine and the tech said, "Let me aka the pharmacist if they're doing that." The pharmacist said, "we don't take walk-ins. You need to calland make an appointment." So, clearly, this team is incompetent and their internal communication is terrible. It would be hard to trust this confused team with the task of filling a prescription.

Beautiful new pharmacy near me. Unfortunately short-staffed, leading to hours on hold over the phone without ever picking up. Missed pharmacy orders that were unfilled, long lines to get to the pharmacy desk to ask a simple question about order. Rude, disinterested pharmacy staff. Drive through frequently closed. What a shame.
