Woefully unprepared for a scheduled appointment. Calling multiple parts stores for the part they should have ordered ahead of time so it would have been ready to install. I waited an hour before the part arrived and another hour and a half before the service was complete. Won’t be going back.

Good price on tires and mounting is free but unlike every other place I checked the balancing was not included in the price here so they changed an extra 50+$ to balance the tires. You have to have them balanced or you wouldn’t be able to drive down the highway without them wobbling you off the road so just watch out for hidden fees as I said everywhere else mounting and balancing is included but not hea. I have never heard of this before

Once again my wife had a bad experience with Firestone they park her car under a tree they had branches on it did nothing I had grease on the floor saddle again never cleaned it will not be going back again will go next door to mavis

Unfortunately this place is not what it was after Ron left. Needs more professionality at customer service desk. I don’t want to listed to personal phone calls each time I wait. Wait time is not true to expected it is twice as long. Not enough mechanics. Makes expensive recommendations that are not required for a new car. I hope they improve.

had a terrible experience. It took 15 MINUTES to be acknowledged by the desk and for the work to start on my car. Inspection took another hour, then another 20 minutes of standing and waiting to be allowed to pay $10.65 for the service. No explanation or notice about the delays were given. I genuinely feel like I could have walked out and she wouldn't have noticed I didn't leave with my car. Services are also expensive compared to other shops and I regret having to pay what I did for what I experienced.

They saved my life by being able to take me as a walk-in on a Sunday an hour before closing after another location cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Amanda and the team were very courteous and professional. Tire rotation, balance, and alignment improved my truck's ride significantly. They noticed my lug nuts were swelling and informed me I should have them replaced before my next appointment, saving me a costly repair down the road. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have routine maintenance done.

Following a very bad experience with my son’s car at a Firestone in Ohio earlier this month, this Firestone in Middletown went above and beyond to replace the tires on my daughter’s vehicle. They appropriately invoked the mileage warranty on my daughter’s old tires such that I paid a discounted price on 4 new tires. The manager Amanda was great. I recommend taking your vehicle here as they stand behind their products and services so that you walk out a happy customer.

It's Sunday morning 10am and my Infiniti Q50's tire pressure light goes on. While filling one of my tires up with air, I noticed two of my car tires had bubbles in them. I panicked because I was visiting my folks and had to drive back home to DC the next day. Costco tires said it would take a week to get my tires in, so I went to Firestone and met an angel, Greg Walters, Service Manager on duty. He went out of his way to find the tires at another shop and sent someone to pick them up and install them for me, all within 3 hours. I cannot thank Greg enough for going that extra mile to help someone he recognized (by my face) needed it.

I had a good experience when I went to this location about a year ago.
So I recommend this place to my grandparents. My grandma came in for a cooling leak test & somehow she was upsold on needing “front brakes and tires.” They changed her front brakes & let her know she would have to come back another day for the tires because they were out of stock. I’m not sure what happened on their end but, they did a terrible job.
There was a caliper bolt missing, that was not missing before she need “new front brakes” so every time she hits a bump in the road or presses the brakes you can hear loud noises. when my grandmother went back for the tires she let them know about the noise issue. They told her they would take a look. They told her they didn’t see anything out of the ordinary & that everything looked fine. They also told her that her car was in good hands with the technician she had. A decent technician would have fixed the issue the first or second time. A CHEAT technician will do the bare minimum & tell you there is nothing wrong with your car.
Sure maybe a honest mistake they might say right? Or flat out deceit and taking advantage of the elderly. Either way this was no mistake. This was a choice to fabricate and make some more money. In that process you caused more damage to the vehicle and then did not correct your mistakes.
