Staff are excellent! Kohl's doesn't invest in the store! But, there are good values that can be found by a smart shopper! Also the staff can assist in the search!
Kohl's has a small jem here which they seem to devalue.

i was at sephora at kohl’s in middletown, nj. my birthday was 3 weeks ago, i asked the pretty, young (possibly filipino/asian) girl if i could have my free bday gift. she asked when my birthday was & i told her, ”december 12th” & she smirks at me & snidely says, ”no, your birthday was last month, so we won’t honor it.” after all of the thousands i spend there throughout each year - for many years. are you kidding me? your store can’t spare my once-a-year free gift? poor attitude, poor training, poor management, poor style. i won’t ever go back to any sephora or kohls because of that experience - & yes - i am holding kohls just as accountable because it happened inside their store.

I wasn't in Kohl's but I was in the same shopping center in a different store within the center there is a Big Lots, Stop and shop, a hair salon a nail salon, Panera bread, Honey baked ham, a wild bird store and a few other things not exactly sure what they are since things open and close so fast these days

They used to have a really nice Women's Plus Department. Now if you are plus sized, all you can buy at Kohls is sweats, bathing suits or t-shirts. This used to be my favorite store. Every other department is well-represented EXCEPT the plus sized department. Why are we being discriminated against?

Used to be great for your money. Now they went all Hollywood and everything is so expensive might as well go to Macy's. Clearance racks are a joke with the amount of racks they have and the high prices.

It's a good place to shop for clothing. I only gave it 3 stars because you would never know it was Christmas when you entered the store. There were very few signs of Christmas
Just a few decorations in green and red. I guess they're told by the establishment politicians not to have any signs saying Merry Christmas
Long ago, Sears and other large stores had
Merry Christmas signs all around. It's too bad that some politicians have gotten their way and corporations bent to their demands.
